What is your shipping and return policy?Shipping Policy We will ship your goods out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on our website during times we are away. This will clearly be stated at the top of our webpage. Most orders are received within 3-5 business days depending on purchaser location, however, during the holiday season, we cannot say for certain. All orders ship from Gilbert, AZ area. Return Policy Because we want you to love everything you order from us, we will gladly refund or exchange merchandise you have ordered within 30 days. Return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of package. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of purchaser. If you exchange your goods, we will pay the shipping charges for the replacement item or items. Please do not hesitate to ask should you have any additional questions. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org Refund Requirements The following must be met to obtain a refund or qualify for an exchange: The processes above must be followed Goods must be unwashed, unused and unworn Goods must be in original packaging/tags attached when applicable Goods must not be damaged Returning Items Back to Abby & Oli You must ensure that your goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged during shipment. If goods are damaged during shipment back to us, we have the right to reject the refund or exchange. To Initiate a Return or Exchange send email to email@example.com and put "return request" in the subject line. If Goods You Receive are Damaged You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon receipt of goods or no more than 5 days from receipt to qualify for replacement of goods. Please attach a photo of the package as well as a photo of the damage goods to the email. We must receive your goods, prior to sending out a replacement. Lost/Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. With that said, we will of course do anything we can to help recover your package if lost in transit.
Do you ship internationally?We currently only ship within the United States, however, we absolutely plan to extend that to outside the United States, in the near future. Please do not hesitate to reach out to email@example.com if you would like to get on our notification list for outside the U.S.A. shipping changes.
Is my payment information protected when I order?We took steps to ensure your payment information is protected. All payments go through Wix Payments. Wix Payments is fully PCI DSS compliant, which is the highest information security standard for companies accepting credit card payments. It's also PSD2 SCA compliant, which is important for European merchants.
How is my information used? How do you get my consent?When you purchase something from our store, we collect information from you as part of the buying process, such as name, address, and email address. Email marketing: When you sign up for emails, or provide email address, we may send you information about new products, sales/discounts, and other updates. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, we imply that you are consenting to our collecting the information for that purpose.
